FACTS Family Portal:

Access grades, attendance, billing, the school directory, and more through our secure tuition and records partner, FACTS.

This PDF gives an overview of how the Family Portal can be used. (Note: Agathos does not use all features offered by FACTS.)

  1. Go to FACTSmgt.com & click Log In Here
  2. Click Family Portal Login
  3. Type Agathos’ District Code: AC-TN & click next
  4. Enter your username, which is your email address on file with Agathos
  5. Enter your password (or email Macy.Hill@agathosschool.com for a reset)
  6. Click Log In

This article explains how to login and pay invoices. Did you set up autopay when enrolling? If so, there’s no need to do anything else – FACTS will bill your payment account on file.

Boni Libri "Good Books" & Libri Aestivi "Summer Books":

Find your students’ quarterly Boni Libri & summer Libri Aestas reading lists and requirements by grade, along with report forms and help foster a love of reading for life.

Statements & Policies:

Access the Parent-Student Handbook, policies on learning differences, all foundational documents that reflect the values, expectations, and commitments of the Agathos community.

Records & College Planning:

Need records or want to start helping your student plan for college? Check out the Agathos college planning guide or contact Agathos office for more info. 

Contact the office or email admissions to request records.

School Lunch:

Order lunch and save time in the morning. Agathos partners with Schoolhouse Fare to offer optional lunches from local vendors. Set up an account, view menus, and place orders online in advance. You may order (or cancel) up until 24 hours in advance of service.

Connect :

Connect with other families and the Agathos Parent Council (APC) to find meetups, encouragement, and community throughout the year.

Log in to your FACTS account, click ‘Directory’ in the menu, and simply filter to connect with families in your child’s class or grade.

WhatsApp groups are hosted by the APC to enable parents to bless teachers, volunteer, and connect socially with other families in their child’s grade.

Shop ACS Spirit Wear! Celebrate your Agathos school spirit on monthly Final Fridays or at your favorite sporting event. More products coming soon.

*Orders are made custom for you and shipped straight to your door.

The Uniform Closet, located in the Virginia Jean Building, offers gently used uniform items donated by Agathos families. The Uniform Closet is open during school office hours for shopping or donations.  All pieces are available for purchase at $5 each.

2026-27 School Supply lists by grade will be posted soon (May).  Families are also responsible to provide: 

  • All Students
    • Lunchbag
    • Backpack
    • Refillable water bottle (PreK-6 should be plastic, spill-resistant, and preferably big enough to not need to be refilled too often. We like approximately 32 oz. bottles.)
    • *These items should be “non-commercial.” They should be free of graphics that include team names, characters, logos, or wording. Generic animals, flower prints, etc. are acceptable.

  •  Rhetoric Students (9-12th
    • TI-84+ graphing calculator

    • Commonplace book – The commonplace book is a journal for students to collect quotes and sketches. They may choose something they like to use and wish to keep, lined or unlined. Moleskin, Leuchtturm, and leather bound notebooks are popular choices, but durable cardboard/paper is also acceptable. Most students choose a mid-sized notebook (A5) for portability.
