What is a wait pool?

We are grateful to God for drawing so many families that enrollment has doubled in the past 5 years!  A wait pool is the group of students who have applied and been accepted pending available space in a grade.  If you are drawn to Agathos’ mission and people, please submit an application, even if a spot isn’t immediately available.  We will be able to get to know you and your family better through the application process. When a spot becomes available, it will be offered to an applicant from the wait pool.  A decision between multiple candidates in the wait pool is based on many factors including a family’s fit with our mission, the student’s aptitude to succeed, and if a family has other children enrolled at Agathos.  In cases of equally qualified candidates, the date of application is used as a tiebreaker.
