Elevated Chocolate Tasting
Guests will enjoy a student-guided fine chocolate tasting, thoughtfully paired with palate-cleansing sparkling water. A dedicated tasting area will feature an exquisite selection of truffles and bonbons from both local and international chocolatiers, offering a rare chance to sample chocolates you won’t find just anywhere.
A Menu to Delight
Your evening includes a generous spread of savory and sweet offerings, including:
- Local farm-fresh cheeses
- Smoked brisket from Southern Ridge
- Savory small bites
- Mini cannoli, cake balls, tiramisu cups, and chocolate baklava
- Artisan vanilla and chocolate egg cream sodas from student-owned Phosphate & FIzz

Live Music & Live Auction
Enjoy the sounds of local bluegrass musicians throughout the evening, culminating in a live auction led by Eddie Allred.

- A two-night Gatlinburg cabin getaway (sleeps 8–10)
