Christ our Cornerstone
In ancient times and still today, the cornerstone is the most important part of a new structure. It guides workers in their pursuit of building and design. Christ is our cornerstone, setting us in the right direction, enhancing our divine design. He is foundational. Once the cornerstone is established, everyone has the opportunity to be aligned with Him. May this space and every space we dwell in, teach us about His faithfulness and love.
Construction Highlights
New Driveway
The new driveway is being established with more permanency as it leads to the new building.
Basement Floor Is Complete!
Pictured here are second graders watching the foundation being poured over the basement floors of the new building. This space will serve multiple purposes including a storm shelter for all students, classrooms and storage.
Walls Are Going Up!
Up to this point, it’s been easy to walk over to the construction site and look down and in at the work being done. However, the scene is changing. As the walls begin to rise, so does our encouragement and excitement. This is good indeed!
In Gratitude and Prayer
We take a moment to express our gratitude for the amazing support and blessings that our campaign has received thus far.
We are supremely grateful for:
- The learning opportunities new families have made to learn about the school, its past, present and future through Conventum.
- Ability for students to see the progress, observe the changes and the conversation this produces.
- The cooperative weather, which has favorably impacted the construction schedule.
- The continued financial support from our donors, enabling us to make these significant strides.
We also invite you to join us in prayer, focusing on the following:
- Safety for all construction crew members and the campus as a whole.
- Gratitude as we witness the goodness of this transformative season.
- Prayers for new donations, as every contribution makes a profound impact. We still have much ground to cover to turn this dream into a reality.
Ephesians 2: 19-22 19 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, 20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. 21 In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. 22 And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.
Every gift makes an impacT
It isn’t too late to give. Even though construction is underway, there is still a need for donations. If you are inspired to join this incredible mission, contributing is easy. Simply stop by the office or give online to make a donation that will make a lasting difference.
